(ENG) Neko is set in the remote village of Purea, Calabria. Two aspiring screenwriters arrive for what seems to be a simple course, expecting nothing more than lessons and writing exercises.
However, Purea is no ordinary place. Eccentric figures appear, reality bends at the seams, and imagination takes on a life of its own. As time passes, the boundaries between past and present begin to blur.
The two protagonists soon find themselves trapped in stories they never meant to write tales of love, obsession, and fate. As a result, what begins as a workshop unravels into an unpredictable journey filled with mystery, humor, and epic confrontations, until the final checkmate awaits.

(ITA) Neko è ambientata nel remoto villaggio di Purea, in Calabria. Due aspiranti sceneggiatori arrivano per quello che sembra un semplice corso, aspettandosi soltanto lezioni ed esercizi di scrittura.
Tuttavia, Purea non è un luogo ordinario. Figure eccentriche emergono, la realtà si deforma e l’immaginazione prende vita propria. Con il passare del tempo, i confini tra passato e presente iniziano a confondersi.
I due protagonisti si ritrovano così intrappolati in storie che non avevano mai pensato di scrivere: storie di amore, ossessione e destino. Di conseguenza, ciò che inizia come un laboratorio diventa presto un viaggio imprevedibile, fatto di mistero, umorismo ed epiche battaglie, fino all’inevitabile scacco matto finale.
