Terms of Use — Aeonhearth Pictures (AHPR)

These Terms of Use (the “Agreement”) govern your access to and use of the website ahpr.it (the “Site”), operated by Aeonhearth Pictures (AHPR), a creative entity founded by Andrea Umberto Origlia. By visiting or using this Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the following terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must immediately discontinue the use of the Site.

1. Purpose of the Site

The Site exists primarily for portfolio, informational, and promotional purposes. Any purchase, download, or licensing of products (such as 3D models, scripts, tools, stock footage, or images) is conducted exclusively via independent third-party marketplaces including Turbosquid, Gumroad, and Shutterstock. Aeonhearth Pictures does not process payments or deliver files directly.

2. Third-Party Marketplaces and Responsibility

By engaging in any purchase through a third-party platform, you agree that your relationship is solely with that marketplace. Each marketplace enforces its own Terms of Use, Licensing Agreements, and Refund Policies, which you must read and comply with. Aeonhearth Pictures (AHPR) has no authority to intervene in their processes, and all support requests must be directed to the marketplace itself.

3. Intellectual Property and Portfolio Nature

All works displayed on the Site are the intellectual property of Andrea Umberto Origlia and/or Aeonhearth Pictures, unless otherwise noted. Materials are provided solely for demonstration and portfolio purposes and do not themselves grant commercial usage rights. Unauthorized use or redistribution is strictly prohibited.

4. Limitation of Liability

The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available.” Aeonhearth Pictures disclaims any responsibility for:

Delays, errors, or failures of third-party services.
Marketplace disputes, refund denials, or account issues.
Losses or damages resulting from reliance on Site content or third-party platforms.

Aeonhearth Pictures does not act as a vendor, reseller, or guarantor of products on Turbosquid, Gumroad, Shutterstock, or any marketplace.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse the Site through hacking, scraping, or misrepresenting the role of AHPR in transactions. Excessive or misdirected requests for support regarding purchases on external platforms may not receive a response.

6. Governing Law and Disputes

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Italy. Any disputes related to the Site itself shall be handled by Italian courts. Disputes regarding transactions on Turbosquid, Gumroad, Shutterstock, or other platforms must be resolved directly with those marketplaces.

7. Modifications

Aeonhearth Pictures may revise these Terms at any time without prior notice. The most recent version will always be available on the Site. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
